Thank you for shopping with Luxe Studio Creations. Each of our products is custom-made or made to order, which means every item is specially crafted just for you. We take great pride in the quality and care of our products.
Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If you receive an item that is:
- Different from what you ordered.
- Damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@luxestudiocreations.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the item and the issue (if applicable).
Once we review your message, we’ll determine if the issue qualifies for correction or replacement. If approved, we’ll work quickly to make it right at no additional cost to you.
Satisfaction Consideration
While all items are final sale, we value our customers and want you to love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at sales@luxestudiocreations.com so we can review your concern and see if there’s a solution we can offer.

- Please ensure your order details (such as size, personalization, and shipping address) are correct before submitting your order.
- We cannot refund or replace items due to customer input errors or change of mind after the order is placed.
- Approved replacements will be processed as quickly as possible once confirmed.
